Acara Solutions is seeking a Sales Administrator for an Aerospace/DoD manufacturing client in Blacksburg, VA. Must have sales support experience in a mfg industry background. Pay Rate $18+/HR, Days Shift, Contract to Direct Hire w/Benefits. Will be responsible to interface and manage business accounts and act as a primary liaison for customer-clients.

Job Title: Sales Administrator/Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18+/HR (DOE)

Work Schedule: MO - TH (7am - 4pm/EST) and FR 7am - 11am/EST)

Location: Blacksburg, VA - Potential for Hybrid schedule upon training

Length: 1-year Contract to Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities 'At-a-Glance:

  • Interface with company and field sales personnel with limited travel for business needs
  • Respond to customer and/or field sales representatives' requests
  • Receive customer RFQs, initiate engineering reviews, obtain pricing, generate, and submit quotes
  • Maintain customer purchase orders and status sales orders
  • Coordinate with Contract Administration regarding terms, conditions, licenses, and certifications
Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • AS Degree in Business or Technical Studies
  • 2 years of Sales Support experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • BS degree in business or technical area is preferred
  • ERP or MRP software management experience
