Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client located on Grand Island NY.

Salary for this position is up to $70k/year DOE

Hybrid Work Schedule

Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position will work closely with our HR team to address any payroll-related inquiries and maintain accurate employee records. In addition, responsibilities will include the administration of U.S. accounts receivable collections under direction from Corporate.

ADP

Process weekly and biweekly payroll; hourly and salaried

New York State payroll, employee headcount 60

Corporate collections support

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Minimum 1 year of ADP experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • SuccessFactors experience preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification preferred
  • Collections/AR experience highly preferred
