JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Transportation Services is hiring part-time Customer Service Representatives to assist with all aspects of the parking operation on campus. Duties include:
These positions mainly cover evening and weekend hours, but opportunities during the business hours exist as well. Scheduling is flexible, with no minimum hours or shift, but we are looking for candidates who are looking to work for 10-20 hours per week. Many of the hours are based around events, which happen a few nights each week during the fall and spring semester, and include Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's Hockey, all Rec Hall athletic events, Football, Bryce Jordan Center Events, Spikes Baseball and more. Most hours are outside or within the campus decks. Starting pay is $14 per hour, with raises up to $16 for supervisory positions. Candidates do not need any experience, but we are looking for customer service and basic office skills.
