OverviewThe Data Scientist will design and oversee research projects and develop statistical models and/or analytical tools and processes aimed at improving health outcomes, quality of care, access to care, engagement, and affordability of care for IHA members. They will be expected to work closely with various business units and lead projects and the teams related to provider profiling, network evaluation, clinical program evaluation, population risk stratification, utilization patterns, and other research topics as they relate to our strategic initiatives. In addition, they will also be expected to keep up with latest research methods and data science tools and capabilities and apply new techniques as appropriate. Substantial scientific innovation will be required to expand and evaluate the above-mentioned activities. Qualifications

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
