JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Student Care & Advocacy, within Student Affairs at The Pennsylvania State University, welcomes applications for aCase Manager. WHO WE ARE Student Care & Advocacy (SCA) provides support to students experiencing unforeseen challenges throughout their academic career. SCA case managers help students identify issues and appropriate resources, working collaboratively with the student to empower their development of an action plan. Offered services include, but are not limited to, navigating campus and community resources, referrals to community providers, exploration of or referral for behavioral health concerns, coordination, and follow-up during and after hospitalization and/or medical withdrawal, and help managing multiple or complex needs.
