Our managed hotels portfolio includes Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform the cleaning and organization of the hotel linens and manage the restocking of closets and storage areas. This individual will also maintain cleaning chemical inventory and report equipment maintenance needs.

SHIFT:

  • Full Time | 5 shifts per week - Occasional Weekend Flexibility Needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains the cleanliness of the hotel's linen supply

  • Completes inventory of stock as requested

  • Adheres to hotel policies and procedures

  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

  • Assists Room Attendants in stocking carts and removing linens and garbage from rooms as time permits

  • Performs other duties as required to provide the service brand behavior

  • This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous laundry and/or dry cleaning experience preferred

  • Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Basic math skills, such as additional and subtraction

  • Attention to detail and follow instructions thoroughly

  • Reliable - shows up to work on time

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Proper lifting techniques required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, pushing or pulling objects up to 100 pounds
