Manager Overview of the Position: The Controller is responsible for the overall accounting operations of the company. These responsibilities include the preparation, review and analysis of monthly financial reports, including the delivery of reports both internally and at a corporate level. They will communicate financials results to management and provide analysis as necessary. This position will also ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX) and maintenance of required documentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
