Overview of the Position:

Responsible for performing one area of expertise in the Materials / Logistics Team including Shipping, Work Order Receiving, PO Receiving Inspection and Inventory Control All duties must be performed in accordance with the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual. These are a fast-paced positions that requires working as a part of a team and having the ability to multi-task.

Hourly Wage range: $20-$26

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Shipping - Packaging completed units in accordance with ATA 300 and ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other specific methods back to the customer both domestic and internationally.
  • Shipping - Monitor inventory levels of all shipping supplies. Communicate needs to purchasing in a timely manner to ensure continued customer support.
  • WO Receiving -- Open boxes and ensure all incoming Customer orders are inspected for damage and accuracy of Customer Repair Order. If there is a discrepancy, ensure unit is appropriately segregated and identified as to the cause for rejection.
  • WO Receiving - Generate Work order in ERP system by accurately transcribing Customer Instructions, RFR, Work scope, and Shipping/Billing information.
  • PO Receiving - Inspect all incoming products which are used directly or in support of aircraft maintenance and inspection, for acceptability as directed in the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual.
  • PO Receiving - Ensure files are maintained with copies of all documents received with incoming products, most importantly certifications, Serviceable tags, etc.
  • Inventory Control - Using job tickets pull parts correctly from inventory and distribute to the technicians. This would also include returning parts into inventory from technicians if the parts were not used.


  • Inventory Control - Cycle Count of Inventory, completion of yearly inventory counts for every S/L location.


  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years' equivalent work experience and/or training; Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel.
  • Is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 pounds.
