JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Northeast Center of Excellence for Pavement Technology (NECEPT) is seeking a responsible part-time administrative assistant to perform a variety of tasks to support their certification-related activities. This will be a hybrid in-person/remote position for 20 hours per week with the possibility of an increase to 30 hours per week for short-term periods, depending on the workflow. The administrative assistant will help NECEPT support and administer certification programs and related training courses for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, in the areas of asphalt and concrete pavements as well as aggregates.The individual hired in this position reports to NECEPT's Director and supports NECEPT's Education Program Coordinator. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
