JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Penn State College of Medicine, Office of Continuing Education, in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Education Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating communications relating to Continuing Medical Education (CME) educational grants, funding requests, and oversight of the CME grant application process. The position also is responsible for handling all CE marketing initiatives required by the CE department and ensuring that CE staff are continually trained and kept abreast of the marketing process. CME accreditation responsibilities will be assigned as time and professional development permit. Entails interfacing with University Finance, College of Medicine IT, College of Medicine Marketing, CME grantors, CME partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
