Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking aProgram/Project Manager IIto work in our office Plant City, FL.

The Program/Project Manager will assist the government in strategic analysis, planning, execution of solutions, managing scope and schedule for multiple-concurrent development projects. They will support all aspects of project development and execution, developing, organizing, and monitoring of both project risks and schedules. They will provide the awareness required to identify business best practices to include if tools and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) modification or development based on changing requirements and review, modify or compose project and/or program documentation (i.e., reports, plans, or SOP's) to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content. Assist in the establishment and control of technicalmilestones, resources, short and long range plans, schedules, budgets and costs.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree in any discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • 10+ years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • 5+ years specialized experience supporting program/project management in each of the following areas:
  • Demonstrated experience using and training the use of Microsoft Project software
  • Combat Systems (CS) technical experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining large scale strategicexecution plans
  • Development and execution of tools and trackers utilizing Microsoft tools
  • Developing meeting agendas, chairing meetings, developing minutes
  • Documenting and tracking action items and assessing responses to ensurecompletion of actions
  • Developing and monitoring various Dashboards related to daily execution andoversight of technical, business and acquisition Department level requirements

  • ActiveSecretClearance
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
