General Summary: In this role, you will lead Shopper Marketing for our Meals and Beverage Division working on powerful premium brands, Rao's and Pacific. You will be partnering closely with our brand teams to build the strategy of how their brands are activated at the point of purchase. And, you will be working with retailers in Mass, Grocery, Club and Pure Play channels to build bold, disruptive plans that resonate with their shoppers, drive consideration and trial of our brands, leverage their growing retailer media platform capabilities, and use data and analytics to continuously optimize and strengthen our strategies. This role requires a high degree of collaboration and ability to influence, working closely with brand marketing, integrated marketing, customer teams, shopper insights, sales strategy, and external agency partners. Travel: Up to 20% Travel required Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $143,400-$206,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
