Description/Job Summary: The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Janitorial Services Manager for a complete facility maintenance program to support a federal Agency. The Janitorial Service Manager is responsible for managing the janitorial program and setting and adjusting the work schedules of all personnel to ensure the operation is within the Scope of Work (SOW). The Janitorial Service Manager shall ensure all work performed by the team is accomplished following guidelines as specified within the contract. This includes but is not limited to work performed by the Facilities staff, as well as subcontractors hired by the contractor.
The position is an ON-SITE position and will require being in North Charleston daily. Required Experience/Skills:
Preferred Experience/Skills: Five (5) years of Federal quality management experience serving in a federal campus-style setting including food services, janitorial, industrial operations, and maintenance. Familiar with applicable codes and regulatory requirements, Federal, State, and Local code requirements for cleaning solutions and green cleaning products. Required Education:
