WHAT WILL YOU DO

In a fast paced, safety first environment help move grain to ensure quality and maintain proper inventory. Our family-oriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:

* Learn proper aeration techniques to maintain grain quality while also monitoring quality and condition of grain.
* Accurately segregate inbound commodities and effective blend outbound grain.
* Conduct periodic inspections of equipment for proper maintenance procedures and identify problem areas.
* Stay on top of grain market action and support company marketing efforts.
* Assist with employee schedules and issue inbound/outbound accounting documents.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED

* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, high noise levels, and around dust.
* Good customer service, problem-solving and work ethic.
* Team-player eager to help other departments of the company.
* Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed.
* Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Grain Grading Certificate.
* Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
* Ability to work at heights of over 150 feet and lift 50+ lbs.
* Solid mechanical abilities, electrical and ag background helpful but not needed
* Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
