Job Description

Theprimaryrole of theMarket OperationsAssociate isto work closely with the Market OperationsSupervisor to execute operational responsibilities forapprovedmedia plans.TheMarket Operations Associateis required tobe a strong independent contributor whoutiliizesdesignatedsoftware to achieve operationalgoals.

Specific Responsibilities

Manage day-to-dayoperations, which include but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing software to accuratelyinputmediabuys,code/reconcilevendor invoices, actualize media spendandbillregionalclients

  • Utilizing software to complete reporting requirementswithinstipulated deadlines

  • Utilizingcritical thinking,problem solving and analytical skills to accurately and completely respond toregionalclient requests in a timely manner

  • Completingrequired agency training courses offered by managers, vendors and online modules related to media, media billing and personal skills development.

  • Masteringthe full-range of media systems required for the role

  • Maintaining and managingassigned projects and managinginternal team communication

  • Maintainingpositiverelationships with internal and external customers

  • Demonstratinginitiative by identifying ways to improveoperational efficiency

  • Servingas a primary point of contact for day-to-day requestsfrom Agency Teams

  • Consistently deliveringhigh-quality workwithin deadline

  • Consistently able to articulateboth the company and group missionby embodying the Agency's values in work and collaborative efforts

  • Consistently able to articulategroup and individual goals by activelyparticiaptingin allstepsof the performance assessment process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university

  • One year of media/communications planning experience (Beneficial but not mandatory)

  • Bilingual:English and Spanish

  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be detailed oriented, focused and have the ability to multitask

  • Ability to actively participate and eventually lead telephone andonlinemeetings

  • Ability to prioritize and organize projectsto meet internal and external deadlines

  • Must be able to work as a team player

  • Demonstrate initiative and desire for learning, with ongoing interest in understanding emerging trends in media, marketing and communications

  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to teamwork

  • Demonstrate leadership skills and growth potential for future supervisory roles
