* Brainstorm and collaborate on creative ideas with creative team under supervision
* Support the creative lead, cooperate with creative team members and other stakeholders to develop effective and beautiful creative outputs
* Lead and handle small-scale projects/items that require good art direction and crafting independently
* Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables

* Expertise in graphic design including classic typography, photography, composition, color theory and etc.
* Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks and ensure deliverables are on-brief and on time
* Strong capability in time management
* Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of team
* Team oriented, self-motivated
