Pallet Repair

As a pallet repairer you will use pallet handling equipment and pallet repair equipment to efficiently repair broken pallets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Safely and efficiently utilize the pallet repair handling equipment
* Ability to build stable, well-built pallets for shipment
* Understanding of pallet components, dimensions, and repair methods used when
repairing pallets
* Consistently meet company production and quality level standards
* Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

* Must be 18 years of age of older
* High school diploma or GED
* Must meet minimum requirements on pre-employment testing including a
physical exam
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

* Successful work experience in a production style environment
* Successful work experience in an environment that promotes safety
* Prior involvement in individual and team settings

ROLE SPECIFICS

* Dusty, noisy work environment
* Indoor/outdoor work with temperatures varying from hot/humid to extreme cold
* Extensive standing/walking while operating pallet repair equipment
* Overtime as needed
