We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Transplant Surgery team at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in a Chief APP role. To be considered for this role you will need a min. of 7 years of post-graduate experience, including a min, of 2 years in leadership or professional engagement role, and past transplant experience in a high-volume center. Position Responsibilities: Oversees the lead APP for the inpatient service, would focus on ensuring the highest quality of care and patient experience Foster a culture of continuity between the patient experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings Work to ensure operational efficiency for providers Develop appropriate staffing models to ensure coverage for all organ systems Why Choose to work with Transplant at Georgetown?
