Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst

Precise Software Solution is in search of a Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst to join our team at Precise Software Solutions, Inc. This position offers remote work flexibility; however, occasional visits to corporate office in Rockville may be required. Successful candidates must be capable of completing a Public Trust background check.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable:

- Review invoice, verify labor hours with time sheet system

- Review expense reports, verify receipts

- Update AP invoice tracking

- AP cost coding

- Review AP Aging, Process AP ACH payment

- Post AP payment

- AP accrual expense account reconciliation

- Credit Card Expense Reconciliation

- Support year-end financial audit

- Other AP misc. tasks

Billing (Back up)

- Verify labor hours and ODC in multiple resources

- Prepare monthly invoices

- Reconcile billed invoices vs. Revenue

- Update multiple reports

Month End GL Reconciliation

Year End Audit Support

Other tasks may assign

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor degree in Accounting with 1-2 years hands on working experience

Knowledge: Understand GAAP, Governmental Accounting is a plus.

Technical Skill: Microsoft Office, Financial ERP system

Communication Skill: English in both writing & Verbal
