Job Responsibilities

• Review estimates
• Review Statements of Work
• High level cost assumptions
• High level review of spend data
• Internal forecast review/submission
• Reconciliation of forecast to staff plan
• Client accruals
• Client PO management
• Client budget reporting
• Ongoing review of overall budgets
• Weekly/bi-weekly budget reconciliation meeting management

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work across capabilities and within multiple levels within the organization

• 1-3 years' experience in either PM or finance previously
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Responsible for managing multiple small accounts (roughly 1mm or less)
• Assists on larger accounts simultaneously
