Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The
primary purpose of this position is to support the current maintenance day shift
team members in the areas of planning, failure analysis report, reliability
analysis, and follow up on corrective actions. The secondary purpose of this position is to research advance
technologies and project management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan maintenance outages.
Complete all maintenance activities in a computer maintenance
management system (MaintX)
Failure Analysis Reporting and Follow up on corrective actions
Reliability Centered Maintenance Activities
Re-Engineering Activities
Job Safety Analysis for Maintenance Activities
Provide Support to the Maintenance Engineers and the Day Shift Team
Execution of small maintenance and capital projects
Execute Change Management Procedure - Safety Check List for New
Equipment and Equipment Modifications
This individual will be required to be mobile in this position to go
into the mill and evaluate failures at the equipment. It will also be required for them to
observe and collect data in the field.
Plan maintenance day shift projects

Qualifications

Education
and Work Experience:


4 years BSME or
BSEE (will consider 15+ years progressive experience leadership and
troubleshooting in lieu of education)
2 - 5 years of
Experience (can include co-op experience)
AutoCAD
Microsoft Project
Reliability Centered Maintenance Experience
Project Management Experience
Root Cause Failure Analysis
Equipment Failure Modes Training or Material Failure
Modes

Physical
Requirements:

This position requires the mental
ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures, instructions, etc., to
write reports, to use logic and data to solve problems, to assess needs, to
communicate effectively and varying degrees of independence, judgment, and
discretion. This position requires the physical ability to be mobile in an
office and industrial environment, to finger and grasp materials, to speak
effectively, and to listen with intent.
