Job Summary

VSolvit is seeking a Mid - Senior Level SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to support our Government Client in Crystal City or Suffolk/Norfolk (Hampton Roads), VA. We provide reliable Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM platforms as a service to its customer base to host a variety of mission applications, collaboration, business intelligence, and workflows. Our team operates, maintains, assimilates, and upgrades multiple SharePoint and CRM instances. We examine and rationalize the existing content and customizations in the SharePoint production farms with the intent of migration to future generation environments. We customize SharePoint sites utilizing tools in the O365 environment, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Role

As a Mid - Senior Level SharePoint / Power Platform Developer you will be using cutting edge SharePoint technologies, such as to deliver the best solutions to our clients. An Interim Secret Clearance is required. This position is hybrid. Must have the ability to come on site in your respective area at least 3 days each week when working SIPR actions. This position requires someone with SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online Experience as well as Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Bi / Power Platform Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-end support to end users of the SharePoint Online environment
  • Resolve Incident & Work Order tickets related to SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities (Tier II Support)
  • Develop workflows, complex forms, dashboards, and reports utilizing Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Perform requirements analysis by means of stakeholder requirements meetings, observation, documentation, etc. in order to ensure the desired requirements are met
  • Provide required documentation that represents the solution including user guides and supporting requirements documentation
  • Test developed solutions to ensure solution functions as expected prior to releasing to the end users
  • Coach other Analysts on best practices and issue resolution
  • Work closely with the Analyst Team Lead to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with the Development teams to facilitate migrations to the SharePoint Online environment
  • Submit and track CRQs, Incidents & Work Orders as needed and work with Service Partners to resolve
  • Provide SP/CRM on-prem and O365 migration support, leading migrations
  • Produce morning & evening site checks on status of SP and CRM environments
  • Ensure Analyst processes are in line with JSP SharePoint governance
  • Provide input for SharePoint/CRM SOPs or guidance as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration through the web UI
  • Experience in the implementation of SharePoint collaboration tools (forums/issue lists, document/form libraries, etc.) and the ability to seamlessly integrate with other Microsoft tools
  • SharePoint specific required skills (through the web UI): customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists and views; search and taxonomies; Office/InfoPath integration; and reporting functions
  • Troubleshooting experience, working through various technical issues related to SharePoint or dependencies
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Bi / Power Platform Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience with SharePoint migrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an O&M or helpdesk type environment (Remedy Ticketing System)
  • Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
