Overview

E2 is hiring a SAP/Ariba Administrator. They will be responsible for database and data management solutions for SAP and Ariba Platforms, enabling data-driven decisions with solutions that manage, govern, and integrate your enterprise data to feed analytics and drive confident business decisions. The SAP/Ariba Administrator is responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of SAP and Ariba application environments supporting education, research, administrative, and other activities.



Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Application and system management, problem response, and capacity planning.
  • SAP and Ariba Administrators understand the technical infrastructure standards and requirements for the integration of specific SAP and Ariba modules.
  • Responsible for the smooth operations of SAP and Ariba systems.
  • Carry out administrative tasks for SAP and Ariba.
  • Ensure that the SAP and Ariba environment is running at its optimal capacity.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot various SAP and Ariba components and systems, and ensure that all modules communicate properly with each other.
  • Involved in configuring the environment to meet various user needs.
  • Installation of SAP and Ariba database and applications.
  • Execution of SAP and Ariba operational tasks.
  • Technical support and administration.
  • Performance monitoring of SAP and Ariba systems.
  • Management of roles and profiles.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance to documentation and programming.


Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an SAP and Ariba Administrator.
  • Proficient in performing SAP and Ariba upgrades
  • End-user focused approach during the implementation of various process improvements
  • Proficient in Operating systems, Databases and SAP and Ariba application management and troubleshooting

  • A moderate level of infrastructure-related knowledge, such as hardware, datacenters, network, VM, OS, Cloud etc., is essential

  • Experience with SAP technical components, SAP cloud platform, NetWeaver, SAP business object and other SAP technical components is also considered valuable

  • SAP and Ariba administrators must be able to communicate with the higher management, stakeholders, clients, end users, and managers.

  • Good communication, oral, verbal, and written.

Desired Qualification:

  • SAP System Administrator certification.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
