While reporting to the Inside Sales Director, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical, invoicing, and administrative tasks associated with supporting the planning, scheduling and invoicing for RTS.

What you will be doing:

  • Enter MDM task as it relates to customer set up, changes or updates
  • Process invoices and credit/debit memos for RTS customers using multiple computer systems including Oracle and Esker
  • Analyze, evaluate and process invoices for accuracy and completion
  • Provide AR support for accounts including processing requests for PODs and investigating invoice rejection notices
  • Complete data management functions in the Division Pricing Tool such as entering quarterly price increases
  • Generating price list for customers and work with outside sales in maintaining based off PPW adjustments
  • Price list setup and additions for items that did not get automatically applied
  • Complete Esker data management functions including new customer setup and changes to existing customer profiles as needed
  • Work with Paper Division quality control department to resolve issues by processing customer reimbursements and/or re-billing documents
  • Assist with obtaining tax exemption certificates and entering tax credits when applicable
  • Utilize technology tools to document customer requirements include specifications, inventory review, part creation, and sales order entry, shipping and invoicing.
  • Enter purchase orders for converting services with external vendors and receive invoices against those purchase orders to process payment.
  • Manage third party invoicing for applicable accounts
  • Establish notification process for change orders between the CSR and the plant personnel
  • Monitor late orders and facilitate conversation between CSR, Outside Sales and the plant personnel

This position will be located onsite in Hartsville, SC.

  • Ability to learn how to use multiple systems and diagnose errors within those systems.
  • Excellent telephone and email demeanor.
  • Must be proficient with email and Microsoft Office suite including Teams and Excel
  • Familiarity with paper manufacturing characteristics such as shipment weight, lineal feet, grade, and caliper is preferred
  • 4 year degree preferred; equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, or other comparable field

Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $44.990- $50,490.
