With direction from the Department Manager,thepositionisaccountable forsafety,quality,productivity,materialhandling, cost performance, and employee relations for assigned shift and department. Job requires efficient use of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) to manufacture quality products at lowest possible cost. Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees on assigned shifts. Position is responsible for implementing and maintaining best manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance for assigned shift. What you'll be doing:
The position is in our Presidents Island facility located in Memphis, TN. It is the one of the largest plants in our division, processing metal and producing metal ends that ship all over the world. Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $85,920 to $96,660, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
