Position Overview QinetiQ U.S. seeks a Congressional Affairs Subject Matter Expert responsible for building and executing congressional engagement efforts on behalf of a federal government customer with a law enforcement mission. A successful candidate will bring extensive previous experience working for a Member of U.S. Congress or corresponding committee. Responsibilities include implementing best practices, strategies, and tactics for building and managing engagement with congressional stakeholders. The primary workstreams include developing and presenting a broad range of briefing materials and official responses; analyzing the impact of policies and legislative activity; and offering congressional advisory support and strategic subject matter expertise.
