Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking a Jr level multi-disciplined security specialist to support our client at the under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Securty (USD(I&S)). The highly-motivated candidate will be providing routine multi-discipline security support. Duties include:



Responsibilities

    Provides multi-discipline security support (i.e. physical security, personnel security, records management), IT/facilities support, and/or business operations support.
  • Provides high level DoD and USG operational requirements at the appropriate security levels;
  • Provides expertise regarding the security policies; serve as the primary contractor point of contact for respective government leadership regarding contractor personnel related issues (including serving as an interlocutor with the contract Program Manager and ensuring timeliness/accuracy of deliverables associated with all tasks listed in PWS consistent with the performance requirements);
  • Provides administrative transaction and management support for office related facilities, furniture, communications, and/or information technology requirements.
  • Coordination with joint Staff, and Military Services security offices for guidance, direction, and resolution of security
    related issues and requirements
  • Coordination of personnel clearance verifications and visitor requests and provide required security briefings
  • Initiate PARS and provide access briefings; Facilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure access; Update and maintain classified access management systems of record
  • Coordinate equipment, communications and IT requirements in the SCIF; Assist in the development and execution of policies and procedures regarding special access programs and SCI data; Identify and report vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training and operations activities; Manage action items in CATMS and JSAP.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience
  • Previous experience within with JPAS, Scattered Castles and CATMS/JSAP a plus
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • OSD, Pentagon or Service Headquarter staff experience
  • Military experience a plus
