Job Summary: The CNL Lead Technologist provides functional direction to the technical staff and assists with daily operations of the CNL Lab site with a focus on seamless transition between shifts and multiple locations. The Lead assists the program leadership with staffing, planning, teaching/training, testing, equipment/supplies, and scheduling/delegation of resources. The Lead Technologist serves as a quality control specialist of the division relating to issues involving technologists, equipment, procedures, and patient records. This individual works with the Supervisor of the division to ensure appropriate staffing levels; training and competency of CNL technologists; equipment integrity and maintenance; and safety. This position carries the ability to resolve most issues that arise on shift and serves as a key resource person for problem solving, troubleshooting, or technical consultation. The Lead is invested in expanding services and working with network sites and may be involved in equipment installations and managing projects.
