JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position assists with the daily activities of the adult infusion center, both at the hospital's main campus and our South Burlington location. Our medical assistants help to facilitate the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical support to patients and family under the direction of the infusion nursing staff. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required.

EXPERIENCE:

One year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care required.
