You love diving deep into research and developing financial analyses to provide clients, both existing & prospective, with creative and trustworthy solutions to support decision making. You are passionate about commercial real estate and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in this global industry.

As a member of the OSBA Team you'll be working within a team of Financial Analysts to support a group of expert Tenant Representation Brokers, providing various analyses to support global transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details, you're a problem solver who constantly seeks to achieve better results. In this role, you will..

  • Work with OSBA's proprietary financial models, along with designing and building sophisticated financial summaries to support client directed & broker supported strategy.

  • Provide exceptional client-service and can do this by providing easily understood analyses which will be used by different audiences to influence lease, disposition, and purchase decisions.

  • Have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are also comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches

  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics

  • 0-2 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analyses

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Bonus skills and experience

  • DCF Software: Argus, Rockport Val, CoStar

  • Lease Administration Software: LeaseCalcs, ProLease, Tririga

  • Previous Commercial Real Estate Brokerage experience

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings in San Francisco, CA Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $53,835 to $75,000 per annum

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
