Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst for a four-month contract position in Cleveland, OH. This position will work onsite.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you'll leverage your functional expertise to partner with leadership and drive technical support services for enterprise processes and technology. Your role will involve resolving support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining continuous service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor and complete work requests to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Perform troubleshooting for escalated tasks before seeking assistance.
  • Engage directly with partners to gather additional information as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification and automation.
  • Analyze available data, identify gaps, and resolve moderately complex problems.
  • Escalate issues that could pose risks.
  • Adhere to Corporate Policies and Standards, escalating exceptions or violations.
  • Take the lead and utilize a wider network of technology resources.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of responsibilities across other technology teams.
  • Be a trusted partner to the lines of business (LOBs) we support.
  • Embrace mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Apply continuous learning to your work.
  • Share your perspective on processes and trends.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate strategic meetings with team members, peers, and vendors.
  • Gather and analyze metrics to monitor product, process, and environmental health.

  • Set and update documentation standards for products, processes, and environments.



Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience (specific technology expertise may vary).
  • Possess an associate's degree in computer science and/or business, or the work experience equivalent
  • Work within a customer-oriented, positive team environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for communications with technical and non-technical staff
  • Provide support on single projects and initiatives within scope, budget and timeline
  • Track corporate IT assets throughout the computer lifecycle
  • Install, support, and maintain desktop applications
  • Provision applications using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Support desktop and mobile operating systems
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware



Essential Job Functions

  • Engage in the support of our client's computer platforms at corporate, campus, and data center locations.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our client's internal client base
  • Effectively communicate with the end user
  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC OS computers
  • Complete work on assigned tickets within SLA
  • Use industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Rely on documented and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Communicate using excellent grammar and listening skills
  • Work closely with the team and produce clear documentation
  • Learn new things and adapt to new procedures
  • Provide audio\visual support



Compensation: $29.00 per hour.
