Overview The Associate Engineering Manager is a crucial member of our wind and solar renewable energy team. This person will develop and apply project management, technical and leadership abilities to manage engineering subconsultants in support of wind and renewable energy projects. Looking for a degreed civil or electrical engineer. This is a remote based position with travel to the corporate office, project sites, and other client and engineering sites as needed. MasTec's Clean Energy and Infrastructure Group (CE&I) is a $4 billion annual revenue business unit that provides construction services for industrial facilities; building products manufacturers, power generation facilities, manufacturing plants; solar, wind, and thermal energy plants; buildings, and infrastructure. Responsibilities
Management of engineering services for Balance of Plant (BOP) or Balance of System (BOS) projects including construction permitting, civil engineering, foundation engineering, electrical collector system engineering, substation engineering, transmission line engineering, and interconnect switch yard engineering.
