As a pharmacist at Lee Health Regional Cancer Center, youll play a vital role in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients across all age groups.

• Prepare, dispense, and oversee the use of medications throughout the facility.
• Maintain a safe, rational, and efficient medication process in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Provide direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of patient care.

Education:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college.
• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy with equivalent and acceptable experience also considered.

Experience:

• Five years of professionally responsible experience for Bachelor's Degree holders.
• Recent inpatient hospital experience as a staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred for PharmD candidates.
• Pharmacy Internship Required

Licensure:

• Active Pharmacist License in the State of Florida required or eligible to obtain.
