Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. Primary Responsibilities: Answer parts phone calls. Assist customers with their parts needs. Issue parts to shop mechanics. Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. Utilize parts data bases. * Research back-orders. Research customer credit status. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with product line. Customer service skills. Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to learn new systems. Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
