The Department of Entrepreneurship and Management is seeking applications from outstanding candidates for an Endowed Chair at the rank of associate or full professor in organizational behavior and human resources. This is tenure-track or tenured position. Endowed Chairs and Professors in the University of Missouri System are outstanding leaders in scholarship, teaching and service and are among the most prestigious positions in the university. These prominent distinguished scholars provide leadership and service to the university, their discipline, and the surrounding community. Qualifications
* PhD or DBA in business (or a related discipline) with a focus on organizational behavior and human resources from an institution where the business school is accredited by AACSB or EQUIS. * Evidence of instructional effectiveness, pedagogical innovation, and a commitment to high-impact teaching methods. Candidates also must demonstrate the potential to effectively utilize different teaching modalities and to address the needs of students from across a broad portfolio of programs and from many different backgrounds. * Evidence demonstrating the capability to publish in high-impact journals. The candidate must have an established and active research program with a significant portfolio of publications in highly respected outlets. Anticipated Hiring Range
Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications, experience and evidence of success in publications and research. This is a 9-month, benefit-eligible, full-time (1.0) faculty appointment eligible for tenure. Appointment to begin in August 2025. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
