The Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking applications from outstanding candidates for a tenure-track or tenured position in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. Consideration will be given to candidates with the credentials appropriate for an endowed chair at the rank of associate or full professor. Requirements: * PhD or DBA in business (or a related discipline) with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology from an institution where the business school is accredited by AACSB or EQUIS. * Evidence of instructional effectiveness. Candidates also must demonstrate the potential to effectively utilize different teaching modalities and to address the needs of students from across a broad portfolio of programs and from many different backgrounds. * Evidence demonstrating the capability to publish in high-impact journals. The candidate must have an established and active research program with a significant portfolio of publications in top-tier outlets. * Evidence documenting expertise in areas related to technology and innovation, commercialization, and/or product development. This is a 9-month, ranked faculty appointment eligible for tenure and continuous appointment. The desired start date is Fall 2024. This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, faculty rank, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
