Overview
This position provides direct service to patients in a Behavioral Health Program area. Responsibilities Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Education and Experience Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other related field and appropriate level of field experience and coursework. Certification/Licensure Licensed to independently provide psychotherapy in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) TACT Certified Level II (as assigned by supervisor) CPR Certified (as assigned by supervisor) |
