Job Description Position Overview:

This position will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company's business. They will collaborate closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Researching and identifying potential clients, markets, and partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives

  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients and establishing new relationships with potential clients

  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services

  • Providing strong service support and coordination for customers

  • Creating proposals for new business

  • Develop and maintain action plan for how accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve earnings

  • Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve them

  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities

  • Support the Business Development Review Process with initial intake and analysis

  • Facilitate cross functional team review and support task acceleration and drive the process structure driving KPIs improvement

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in a business related field

  • 2 - 5 years of successful business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in packaging industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and partners

  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to identify and close new business opportunities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Travel 20%
