Deployment Engineer Apply Online Responsibilities: Deploy Tyler Enterprise Public Safety software applications in cloud environments. Transfer existing client data from on-premise systems to the cloud. Validate that all deployed software is properly installed and configured through various smoke tests. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software deployment. Conduct training sessions for clients on client software installations. Partner with our client's IT departments to successfully execute the cloud migration. Provide technical training to clients regarding software installation procedures as needed. Work closely with internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Document deployment processes and issues encountered, as well as client interactions and lessons learned to proactively resolve issues for future deployments. Ensure proper time submission against projects for future forecasting efforts. Build strong relationships with team members and clients. Deliver exceptional service and support. Work on multiple projects without compromising quality. Qualifications: An understanding of software deployment, cloud technologies, data migration, and networking basics. Working knowledge of navigating or installing applications against Windows or Linux systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated eagerness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment. Preferably, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in a Deployment Engineer or similar role, especially in cloud deployments, is a plus. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server systems is a plus.
