Job Description What You'll Do: Learn and gain exposure to global packaging manufacturing industry Participate as a multidisciplinary member of various cross functional teams Take leadership over at least one critical project Assess and identify improvement opportunities in an analytical way Assist with the standardization of key process related to procurement Work with other functional teams such as IT and operations. Will interface with external customers and suppliers to collect data and implement standardization. Challenge the status quo to improve and / or design new processes Analyze and size both quantitative and qualitative impact of proposed improvement Facilitate the integration with existing Amcor technology platforms and any new designed analytical tools What We Require: Actively enrolled in Sophomore year in a Bachelors Program in a business field of study such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Project Management. Previous internship experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and interest in process improvement Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills Working knowledge of computer application software (training will be provided if needed) Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in teams High attention to detail Proficiency in modern desktop office software applications.
