Description:

Markon is hiring a forward-thinking Business Process Manager to support and engineer business process analysis and improvement for a highly cleared IC customer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business performance analysis services.
• Provide support with overall business assessments.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements.
• Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas.
• Create, collect, and analyze requirements to identify the effectiveness of business processes.
• Create functional and technical processes for new and existing projects and programs.
• Documents standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Create process maps and workflow documents.

Requirements:

• An active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required on start.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration.
• Experience with project management software such as:

  • Microsoft Project Server.
  • ServiceNow SPM.
