Production Operator, Springdale, PA Starting pay: $20.50 per hour plus a $.70 shift differential when working on evening shift and a $.80 shift differential for night shift After 90 calendar days your pay will increase to $20.90, after 180 calendar days your pay will increase to $21.27. Shift: rotating shift every week 1stshift - 6:30am - 3:00pm 2ndshift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm 3rdshift - 10:30pm - 7:00am As aProduction Operatoryou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Primary Responsibilities The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings. Prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers. You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
