As the LSS Deployment Specialist, you will use regimented LSS methods and techniques to improve repeatable processes, ensuring the delivery of important objectives. Key Responsibilities Operations and maintenance standard work process implementation Post implementation coach for standard work process teams Elevate then improve capabilities of teams (problem-solving, project management, etc.) Steward of the site 3-5-year site improvement plan (SIP) Facilitate annual Value Stream Map activity to identify gaps between current state and SIP Develop improvement plans and quantify impact to organizational performance and structure Ensure all improvement activities connect to business technology plan (BTP) Continuous Improvement leader for the site Actively engaged on the floor Oversee improvement cycle - preparation, facilitation, implementation, sustainment, performance tracking of JDI, PDCA, Kaizen and DMAIC events Owner of monthly plant continuous improvement metrics - performance, financial performance, and cultural transformation Participate in regional LSS/Continuous Improvement community collaboration session monthly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or process-driven field, Master's degree preferred 8+ years' of working experience, including operational role (e.g., plant or operations management) Minimum LSS Green Belt certification, Black Belt certification preferred Przedziay pacowe i wysoko wiadcze PPG mog si roni w zalenoci od miejsca, dziki czemu moemy w sposob konkurencyjny wynagradza pracownikow na ronych rynkach geograficznych.
