What You'll do: Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translate that information into technical solutions (approximately 75% of time will be building technical applications and 25% working on business strategy) Build software applications for client projects Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation Work with your project team to implement, test, and document functionality of applications Work with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early Who We Are Looking For: Groundswell is seeking technical consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems. This is an on-site position based out of our Mclean, VA Headquarters. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
