Title: Project Manager - Electrical

Location: Green River, WY

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of project development and execution
• Determination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project schedule
• Project team management and development of team members (i.e. maintenance, operations, safety)
• Utilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution
• Manage and forecast project costs
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, plant engineering standards and equipment standards
• Compliance with Process safety, ergonomics, MSHA, ISO, environmental agencies, applicable codes and regulatory agencies
• Ensure projects comply with all applicable standards.
• Management of departmental record keeping and databases

Activities:

* Management and coordination of project development and execution including development of AFEs and evaluation of project's economics
* Oversee management of change (MOC) process.
* Assist in performing root cause analysis's (RCA's).
* Determination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project schedule
* Utilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution
* Manage and forecast project costs
* Participate in development and administration of capital plan
* Project management, including cost accountability.
* Collaboration amongst various departments across the site, including operations, maintenance, and support groups.
* Prepares design, drawings & specification documents.
* Prepares bid/request documents, addendums & change orders for procurement phase
* Direct interface with discipline engineers
* Coordinate and ensure projects comply with regulatory and code requirements.
* Project closure and accounting interface
* Support project systems.
* Support ISO efforts.
* Other duties as assigned.

Skill, Capability and Educational Requirements:

* B.S. Degree in Engineering, with five or more years of electrical experience, OR a B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering
* 4 + years of experience in Project Management, strongly preferred.
* Engineer in training certificate or professional engineering license preferred.
