We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team for the summer! This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial insurance sector, working closely with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter sales mentality, eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.

In This Role You Will:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial property and casualty sector.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and insurance policy documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A rising senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A concentration in sales or risk management is also a plus.
  • Strong interest in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse group of people. A proven track record as an influential member of a sports team, Greek organization, or other extracurricular activity is a plus.
  • Previous sales and/or public speaking experience is a plus.
