Responsibilities & Expectations: As a Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Area General Managers and leaders in the region, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, succession planning, Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) framework progression (the IPS operating System), EHS training and compliance, and organizational design. This role is critical in developing and executing continuous Improvement strategy in support of the business objectives and is a connected partner for business leaders. This position reports to the CIPS Director and will also support region-wide growth of continuous improvement. The territory for this position includes the Central and Gulf regions.
