ResponsibilitiesYou will participate in governance committees, as well as the leadership team's Human Resources governance processes. You'll also gain knowledge of any laws, regulations, and trends that may affect Human Resources policies.Under close supervision, you will help implement processes to improve the lived experiences of employees. You'll also help ensure internal messaging is aligned, and collaborate with the team to create strategies that improve employee engagement.Under close supervision, you will participate in projects, programs, and initiatives, such as assessing new acquisitions or developing talent needs, carrying out project plans as needed. You'll also identify and respond to any emerging requirements.You will help build a Microsoft-focused culture and drive business by interacting with local communities and gaining an understanding of external stakeholder needs. You'll also help team members during crisis management, as well as by collaborating on the Employee Assistance Programs.Embody our Culture & Values
