Job Summary In partnership with Human Resources (HR), will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the sales incentive goals and Paid as Earned (PAE) payment structure to drive sales performance, meet business objectives, and motivate our sales and account management teams. This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, statistical modeling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.This is a Hybrid/Flex position, working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.
