Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years experience in Pharmacy, PBM or health care data, deep analytics, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare including pharmacy OR 7 years experience in health care services, deep analytics, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to pharmacy/ PBM data.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
• Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work of other staff members

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience coding and developing Tableau dashboards.
• Healthcare, PCM, UM, Pharmacy business knowledge.
• Thoroughness, carefully/thoroughly monitors the details and quality of own and others' work.
• Understanding business environment including agendas and perspectives of others, recognizing and effectively balancing the interests and needs of one's own group with those of the broader organization.

This position must work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
